From Tuesday 15th October, our Whitchurch office has a new address. We’ve moved from St Mary’s Street to Corser House, 17 Green End, Whitchurch SY13 1AD, just a three minute walk from our previous location and still conveniently located in the town centre.
Corser House is a beautiful Grade II* listed building constructed around 1740 with Shrewsbury architect Thomas Farnoll Pritchard contributing to its design. It was named ‘Corser House’ after the family who occupied it throughout most of the 19th century and was restored and renovated to provide a business centre. It is perfect for our needs.
Our email address and phone number remain the same.
It is important to us to ensure that the local community is able to access good quality legal advice, whatever a client’s needs may be and we will continue to support all our clients in Whitchurch and beyond. We are able to offer conveyancing, wills and power of attorney advice, as well as a range of family, employment, commercial, tenancy and litigation legal services which will be further supported by our expertise from our other offices.
We are also keen to ensure that the farming and agricultural community are well catered for with our specialist Agricultural department covering agricultural tenancies, farm and estate, acquisitions and sales, grazing and wayleave agreements. Succession planning, inheritance tax and tax planning, rent and estate reviews.
The move enables us to meet with clients in a convenient location and to continue to offer the good value and exceptional service that we are proud to deliver.
