A client sought the assistance of Hibberts LLP Family Solicitors in relation to the unfortunate breakdown of a long marriage and with the process applying for a divorce.

At the first appointment, Donna Riley advised the client regarding the no-fault divorce process. After this appointment, the client instructed Donna to proceed with the divorce. Our Donna Riley began by drafting and then issuing the Divorce Petition on the Court Portal. The Respondent completed the Acknowledgement of Service shortly after issue of the divorce and the client then faced no major time delays in the process. At the Conditional Order stage of the divorce, our Donna Riley ensured that the client was fully informed of the implications of applying for the Final Order. After this, the client confirmed they were happy to proceed with the completion of the divorce and the client’s divorce was finalised mere months after our Hibberts LLP Family Solicitors were instructed.
