Hibberts LLP are pleased to announce a rare recruitment opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor.  The successful candidate will have the autonomy to further shape and develop a dynamic team and to steer the department and make it their own.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, working hybrid with the offices based in Nantwich, Cheshire. The successful candidate will join a strong Commercial Property team consisting of a supervising Partner, an associate solicitor and a trainee solicitor together with dedicated and experienced support staff.

The Commercial Property Law team offers numerous and diverse services. Our Commercial Property experts regularly deal with landlord and tenant matters, commercial acquisition and disposals, secured lending, planning and development, the formation and structure of management companies as well as financials and development advisement.

The Successful Candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career, taking on supervisory experience and developing a well-established department. The successful candidate will be experienced with a minimum of five years PQE. They will be forward thinking and technical in their abilities, demonstrating great organisational skills and be client-focussed, effective and confident in communication with colleagues and clients alike.

What Hibberts offer

• Working Hours:Hybrid working up to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).  Office location is Nantwich, Cheshire.
• Holidays:33 days inclusive of bank holidays
